Bison Burger and sweet potato fries- mmmmmm

I’ve had bison in restaurants before but I have never cooked it on my own at home. At the local fresh market they had some bison so I decided to try it- I also grabbed a couple of sweet potatoes too! I’ll post a recipe soon- I seriously wasn’t thinking that this would taste as good as it did!

We will definitely be having this again- so tasty!
